When Earl Shoafstall finds something that works, he sticks with it. That’s why he turned to Next Generation Realty several years ago to sell a home, and why he still does.

“This was the fourth house we’ve sold through Next Generation Realty,” Earl relates. “The first experience was great, and the second experience was just as good as the first. When you have that kind of experience, you don’t hesitate to do a third time, or a fourth or a fifth.”

“There were three things we enjoyed about selling our home through Next Generation Realty,” Earl adds, “showing the home ourselves, the way they took care of us, and the money we saved.”

Carlene believes that homeowners can do a better job selling their homes than anyone else. “I can sell my home because I like my home. I enjoy meeting with people and talking with them about my home. Next Generation Realty gave me the opportunity to do that.”

Next Generation Realty took care of almost everything for the Shoafstalls; the advertising, the negotiations, the closing and the paperwork. “So really, we, the customer, had to do very little.” Earl says. “In the past we’d had problems with the way other companies handled all that, but not with Next Generation Realty.”

Thanks to Next Generation Realty’s flat-fee commission structure, the couple saved quite a bit of money. “I can’t imagine anyone else going through any other real estate company when you can save that kind of money!” Carlene says. “We’ve been very happy with Next Generation Realty. Frankly, I’m amazed why anyone would want to go anywhere else.”

Adds Earl: “With Next Generation Realty, the customer is always Number One. In fact, I enjoyed the experience so much, I went to work for them!”
