Clive, a city with a great future in site! Located at the crossroads of two major coast-to-coast interstate 10 highways (35 & 80), visibility and convenience are major corporate attributes of our community. Clive is currently developing 1,200 acres for residential and commercial development and is in the process of acquiring an additional area for commercial and residential ventures.
Clive has exceptional housing developments and was recently featured in five Home Shows. Three new retail centers allow for convenient shopping, banking and personal services. Fine restaurants abound for gracious dining. Clive is where "good things are happening."

RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
Clive boasts two of the state's finest private recreational facilities for exercise, tennis and racquet-ball. Clive has an extensive greenbelt trail system and has recently developed a 32 acre park for softball, soccer, tennis, and other activities. Clive also has the new Walnut Creek Little League facilities on 20 acres of ground.
Over 300 acres of parks and recreation area featuring nature trails, bike paths, playground areas, picnic facilities, softball and baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball, and wading pool.
ATTRACTIONS & EVENTS
Each summer, Clive hosts a Summer Fest complete with carnival rides, cafes, live music, children's activities, and other fun events such as the Clive After Five throughout the summer months. Clive also presents a Winterfest with chili contests, bingo, balloon lobs, ice bowling, and scout demonstrations. Our annual Running Festival through Greenbelt Park attracts more participants and support each year.
